Costume Craze 2020 (Closed)

September is here, time to start taking requests for Costume Craze, which will be released throughout October. Here is a quick group shot of last years girls for newcomers, click it to get the details on who's who is dressed what who... that will make more sense when I explain how this works. If you don't understand the rules you can ASK QUESTIONS, better that than annoy me with invalid requests that didn't follow the rules. This is NOT a "request anything" board, this is a once a year event with its own rules and intended purpose, I WANT to do a lot of these so if you actually read and follow the rules you have a great chance of getting your request done.
